Q. What products can I use this service with?
A. All products are eligible for click and collect, with the exception of large electricals such as washing machines. If the product you want does not give you the option in the checkout area, please email us at email@example.com to let us know.
Q. How long will you hold my order for?
A. We generally will hold orders for 6 months, but if you need more time just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know.
Q. When will my order be ready to collect?
A. We aim to have your order ready within 10 Minutes, however some items we do have to order in from our suppliers. It is always best to wait for your order processed notification to come through, but if you have any questions please feel free to get in touch.
Q. What do I need to bring in with me when I collect my order?
A. You will need your order reference number, and we will also need to verify your address against the order.
Q. Can I have some items to collect and some to be delivered on the same order?
A. Yes you can. Our system allows you to choose how each item you order gets to you, no matter how many items you order at once.
Q. What happens on bank holidays?
A. We are closed all bank holidays, so your order would be processed the next working day.
