Genuine Vax Hard Water Filters maximise performance by helping to prevent limescale deposits from obstruction the delivery of steam through your machine. This is particularly crucial in areas designated as having hard water. Replacing the filter regularly in your Steam Cleaner is strongly recommended as this helps to prolong the product’s life and ensures consistently-strong steam delivery is maintained. Products with consumable filters will generally require replacement of their filter sets once every 12 months. Check your User Guide for specific filter maintenance and replacement guidelines.
